Product Analyst - Mid level

Intro

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Analyst to join our team. This is a mid-level position that requires a strong background in product support, documentation, and collaboration with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience working in matrixed or corporate environments, preferably within the banking sector. This is a 12-month contract and a 100% remote opportunity, with a preference for candidates located in Austin, Texas.

Job Details

- Responsible for 2-year content reviews of Web, Mobile, and Communication content with key stakeholders such as RPS Business, Marketing, Legal, and Compliance through Workfront, including working with SME and BSR reviewers.
- Work with ICRM to ensure correct disclosures are on web, mobile, and communications.
- Partner directly with UX communication strategists and Product Owners on reviews.
- Review suggestions submitted by key stakeholders, such as call center or marketing.
- Ensure consistency in terms, phrase, and language across channels.
- Inventory and create product documentation within Confluence and SharePoint.
- Support content governance on what messaging and documents can be added to the Web and Mobile, along with what reviews may be needed.
- Assist with annual attestation of special messaging and custom documents with relationship management.
- Help create and maintain product metrics.
- Assist with research and prioritization of application support requests.

Mandatory Skills

- Minimum of 4 years of experience.
- Strong documentation experience.
- Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in matrixed or corporate environments.
- Ability to communicate challenges to the job owner within the first hour.

Desired Skills

- 3-5 years of experience supporting a product, with prior recordkeeping administration and/or client communications experience preferred.
- Experience collaborating with technology teams, product, marketing, and business partners to implement digital experiences.
- Experience crafting and implementing processes, procedures, and controls for managing the administration of a retirement plan product.
- Curiosity, a can-do attitude, and the ability to learn quickly and thrive in a complex, dynamic environment.
- Servant Leadership - able to garner respect from your Scrum team(s), lead and demonstrate value-add principles, and willing and able to get your hands dirty to get the job done.
- Attitude of transparency - desire and ability to bring disclosure and transparency to the Scrum team and grow trust between the business and development.

- Prior experience using Jira and Confluence, along with an understanding and appreciation of Agile is preferred, but not required.
