Responsibilities
- Conduct organizational studies to identify actionable insights from product-related performance data, conduct market-facing research to understand competitor and customer landscape, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist management in developing overall strategic directions related to monetization and revenue growth opportunities for the business.
- Perform commercial product development planning by formulating a road map for the development of commercial products and determining the long-term core product matrix and new product research and development direction based on industry trends.
- Provide revenue target formulation and analysis by formulating product revenue targets and output revenue analysis.
- Provide commercial product analysis and research for the new product direction, and through external research and internal analysis, produce product and R&D suggestions and plan a road map and success indicators for the new product direction.
- Coordinate the cooperation between R&D and other cross-functional teams ensuring exchange of information and alignment of priorities, and promote cross-departmental cooperation of high-quality projects and ensure the landing of high-quality projects through project management.
- Develop synthesis of non-obvious business insights by incorporating information and analysis from both internal and external sources to de-bottleneck critical business decisions which cannot be solved by individual business functions directly.

Qualifications

Qualifications
Must have a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Business, Management, Business Analytics, Marketing, Economics, or a related field, and 5 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Business, Management, Business Analytics, Marketing,
Economics, or a related field, and 7 years of related work experience, out of which 5 years must be post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:
- Using Structured thinking and First-principles thinking to disaggregate complex business challenges, questions, or problem into clearly defined business strategy questions in order to answer them systematically;
- Conducting qualitative primary and secondary research, including desktop research, expert interviews, or surveys, to generate market insights and inform critical business or product decisions;
- Conducting advanced quantitative analysis, including Excel-based financial modeling to analyze large quantity of financial, product, and operational data, to uncover business insights, evaluate asset valuations, or inform resource allocation; and
- Leading leadership discussion meetings or workshops including preparing content, facilitating actual discussion, and identifying actionable next steps, to drive cross-functional alignment on business or product strategy.

Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following:
- Project management, including defining project scope, developing detailed workplan, coordinating cross-functional collaboration, managing key stakeholders, and deliver strategic business outcome.

Travel Requirement: International travel up to 15% required.
