Our major retail client is seeking a Fashion Product Copywriter to join their team in LA. This is a hybrid position that requires 3 days onsite.

The ideal candidate has a passion for fashion and a strong understanding of market trends.

You will:

• Write clear, concise, and compelling product descriptions for our fashion collections, ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and SEO optimization.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer insights to inform content strategy and messaging.
• Edit and proofread copy to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Stay updated on fashion trends, industry best practices, and content marketing strategies to continuously improve copywriting skills and deliver high-quality content.
• Fashion fluency is a must.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Fashion Design, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Fashion Product Copywriter or similar role in the fashion industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of fashion-related copywriting samples, including product descriptions, brand stories, marketing campaigns, and digital content.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
• Deep understanding of fashion trends, styles, and consumer behavior.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital marketing tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong organizational skills, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Passion for fashion, creativity, and storytelling.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $40 to $45. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
