Our Sinter Division has facilities, located in USA, China, India (JV) , South America and Europe.

Our MIBA Sinter US plant is currently seeking a motivated and accomplished engineer who will lead the product development. The ideal candidate will excel in a demanding and fast-paced environment where they will work as part of a strong and highly motivated team to accomplish the projects and other goals.

The company offers innovative functional and highly precise sinter components for the North American industry for all markets, automotive, house appliances, robotics, medical, e-mobility.

Opening our Sinter US plant in 2010, we are considered a world class manufacturer in powder metallurgy located about 1.5 hours southeast Columbus, Ohio. Miba also offers great international exposure due to our multinational team.

Requirements
Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Team player with willingness to learn, share experiences, and create opportunities for you and for the company
• Self-motivated with project management experience
• Experience in PM industry is a plus, but not a deal breaker
• Open to travel; domestic and international
• Experience with APQP management topics
• Experience in a Manufacturing or Automotive environment is a plus
