About the team
We are seeking a senior product leader to join our US TikTok Shop User Growth team. The User Growth team plays a core role in the acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention of billions of users/customers WW. We are building platforms, leveraging data & ML models, and providing end-to-end solutions to power the global growth of TikTok Shop.

Responsibilities:
- Working for the user growth team of TikTok Shop (E-commerce business) for the US market. Design and execute growth strategies/features based on US peculiarities.
- You will lead the roadmap for driving customer growth for TikTok Shop through incentive strategies such as coupons and revenue-based ones.
- Designing revenue management strategies with your team to meet core metrics given by the business.
- Utilize internal, external, and HQ resources to improve key metrics, including number of new customers, repurchase rate, average order value, etc.
- Facilitate collaboration between mid-platform teams by contributing insights to the HQ team and deploying the latest tools/best practices from the HQ to the business.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in E-commerce or Product in a technology company.
- 5+ years of experience designing and implementing incentive and subsidy strategies to onboard new customers to a marketplace.
- 5+ years of experience focused on commerce ecosystems, preferably in user growth, promotional tools, user experiences, and more.
- Strategic and logical thinker with adequate planning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to lead a data-driven team. Capable of in-depth data interpretation and highly data-sensitive.
- Passionate about understanding user demands with different cultural backgrounds and excellent communication skills to work cross-functionally in a globally collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience leading a team focused on commerce ecosystems, preferably in user growth, promotional tools, user experiences, and more.
