About the Team
Our team is responsible for the TikTok Shop search product, including making search strategies and search front-end interaction design. We focus on increasing income and creating a good e-commerce ecosystem.

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for e-commerce search product, cooperating with US algorithms and engineering teams, making search product strategies,responsible for income and a good e-commerce ecology.
2. Responsible for search infrastructure, including product understanding, user understanding.
3. Responsible for search front-end interaction design, to ensure that users have a good search recommendation experience.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
1. 5+ years of experience in search products; experience in e-commerce platform would be a plus.
2. Have good data analysis ability and be able to promote product development through data analysis.
3. Have good logics, understand algorithms and strategic ideas.
4. Strong cross-team collaboration ability and excellent communication skills.
