We're looking for someone with these qualities who can:

• support the Portfolio & Performance Reporting team to define, analyze and prioritize features and functionality that add value to the client
• represent the needs of the FAs/TAs/client within the stakeholder community - always anchoring features and functionalities to the user perspective and experience
• for Waterfall projects, write detailed business requirements, engage on functional design for new features and enhancements to existing systems
• for Agile projects, define feature requirements and create user stories in alignment with upcoming sprint goals
• enable the agile delivery process by supporting the product development process in close coordination with Product Owners, Stakeholders, Designers and Engineers
• participate and contribute to product demos and stakeholder management
• participate in testing cycles and support release activities
• solicit and track FA/TA/client feedback for use in shaping enhancements to the experience

You'll be joining the Portfolio & Performance Reporting Product team in Weehawken, NJ. This team is focused on integrating the various segmented needs of the business into a strategically focused wholesome product through the delivery of best-in-class, customer-centric solutions.

Your expertise

• understanding of how digital experiences, digital platforms, and underlying technologies are developed and built
• familiarity with processes, ceremonies, and best practices of iterative development processes, such as Agile and Scrum
• ability to define user stories from high level features, and facilitate them through design and development iterative processes
• excellent analytical skills, with the ability to identify insights to help drive business performance and shape strategy
• familiarity/experience with portfolio / performance reporting is preferred
• understanding of how to build the right features through the lens of customer desirability, business viability, and technology feasibility
• an agile mindset
• customer-obsessed
• driven and excited by challenge and change - ready to roll up your sleeves to get the job done
• detail oriented to ensure high quality output for all final deliverables
• a self-starter with a high level of energy, urgency, and personal accountability
