YOUR ROLE

• Develop and execute product (line) strategy in line with technology and business unit strategy
• Perform portfolio analysis and optimization (i.e. product range, complexity, footprint, innovation pipeline)
• Manage and drive product profitability through Cost of Goods projects in alignment with Global Product & Technology Managers
• Identify product & technology opportunities through road mapping and align with business unit innovation plan
• Support innovation project pipeline (i.e. business cases, product creation, etc.)
• Interaction both leading and participating in regional & global cross-functional teams
• Develop, implement, and manage pricing architecture in line with business unit strategy
• Coordinate with Operations and Purchasing on manufacturing and supply chain needs to ensure consistency of supply to our customers
• Manage ad-hoc crisis management (i.e. raw material shortages) to ensure business continuation
• Support inquiries from business unit teams on raw materials, products, and market developments

YOUR SKILLS

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, Engineering, Marketing, or relevant field, Masters preferred
• 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, preferably in Automotive market
• Experience with Excel and/or PowerBI
• Strong teamwork, communication, and analytical skills
• This is a hybrid role which requires a split of 60% (office), 40% (work from home)

The salary for this role is $95,000.00 - $115,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
