We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a product manager with at least two (2) years of experience who is eager to take on new challenges and grow with our company. As a Product Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive the development and success of our healthcare products. The successful candidate will be a self-starter capable of leading a pod of developers, designers, and QA through the entire product lifecycle from problem identification to post-release iteration.

Responsibilities:
  • Work with a pod of developers, designers, and QA through problem identification, solutioning, designing, ticket creation, testing, releasing, documenting, and iterating.
  • Continuously groom the product backlog to ensure incoming feedback and new ideas are vetted and ready to be worked on when there is capacity.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Program Management teams to understand client feedback, and work to solve issues through existing capabilities or new development.
  • Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders and team members.
  • Offer support to the Sales team with live product demonstrations and solutioning to help close deals and provide accurate product information.
  • Create client-facing documentation of new product features to ensure clear communication and understanding.
  • Gather and prioritize product requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain detailed product specifications and user stories.
  • Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and validate product ideas.


Skillset / Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Healthcare, or Computer Science)
  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience in product management, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Ability to utilize basic SQL skills for troubleshooting, analytics, and decision making
  • Proven ability to be a self-starter and work with cross-functional teams with autonomy
  • Understanding of database and technical concepts to effectively ideate and solution with engineers
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies
  • Passion for healthcare and improving patient outcomes


Nice to Have:
  • Experience with software development and product management tools (e.g., DevOps, Monday, PowerBI) is a plus.
