The Product Manager, Medical Education & Market Development will be responsible for supporting the development of strategies and tactics that drive professional engagement and activation for TREMFYA® to accelerate growth in Rheumatology at a critical time for the brand as we prepare the market for readouts of new data over the next 6-24mo.

This individual will play an important role in activating the medical education strategy through insight generation, content development, and the tracking and planning of conference, society, and advisory boards.

They will develop and implement next level thinking to support translation of scientific research and insights into activations that maximize brand performance. They will also be responsible for leading alignment of execution with internal and external partners to implement the tactical plan and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Congress & Conference Management & Execution

  • Support conference and society engagement strategy and all tracking and preparations associated
  • Lead development of engaging professional education content through CAC (Copy Approval Committee) review approval


Advisory Board Content Development & Execution

  • Support the execution of advisory board strategy, with specific focus on content development, advisor recruitment, and meeting organization efforts to optimize insight generation and dissemination
  • Collaborate and network with key opinion leaders developing in depth knowledge to generate insights that support creation of promotional and educational programs
  • Support the strategic and operational readiness plan for the speaker's bureau - nomination, training, content development, and monitoring in partnership with our Thought Leader Liaison Team


All Other

  • Collaborate closely with critical internal partners including Sales, Marketing + Operations, Medical, Regulatory, Legal, Training, and Finance, etc., and with external partners to execute defined Business Plan against project timelines
  • Develop ecosystem of digital assets to support recruitment and pull through of professional education programming and or new data
  • Develop tracking and reporting on programs for improving and optimizing program effectiveness
  • Proactively communicate with Brand team to ensure message alignment and tactical sign off prior to implementation
  • Travel to facilitate, support and assist with medical education initiatives and programs when appropriate
  • Identify opportunities to coordinate programs across TAs to ensure scalability, cost savings and alignment
  • Ensure applicable company compliance with all relevant local requirements, company regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Lead Rheumatology Team-wide marketing initiatives as needed


Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree is required, advanced degree preferred
  • May require up to 35% domestic travel


Experience and Skills:

  • A minimum of 5-years of relevant business experience (Marketing, Sales, Commercial Strategy, Professional Education) is required
  • Pharmaceutical, Medical Device and/or Healthcare industry experience is required
  • Excellent project management and problem-solving skills, communication between partners including developing presentation, oral and written documents required
  • Ability to navigate and achieve business impact across functions within a matrixed organization is required
  • Good interpersonal skills with emphasis on communication, leadership, relationship development, and influence management are required
  • Work well under pressure in a dynamic environment, set priorities, and act as an owner with independent execution
  • Creative and innovative mind to develop new ways to approach programming and processes preferred
  • Experience building customer and society relationships is preferred
  • Experience driving execution against marketing plan is preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and experience extracting insights from data is preferred
  • Strong understanding and experience in medical education both planning and executions preferred
