The Meta Reality Labs Product Marketing organization leads inbound product marketing, product launch strategy, and in-market business growth. The Product Marketing team influences early stage product development and roadmaps, creates go-to-market plans, supports in-market growth of the ecosystem, and provides direction for future investments. It's an exciting time to join the Augmented Reality PMM team. Ray-Ban Meta Smart Glasses have had a strong response from the public, and we are growing the team as we look to accelerate growth - and plan for an expanded portfolio of products in the future. We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager who can identify and lead a range of smart glasses growth programs to accelerate growth across the funnel. This person will partner closely across the Smart Glasses org to be a key driver in delivering best in class global marketing campaigns, and/or lead the strategic execution of net-new levers for growth - including but not limited to retention drivers, audience expansion, and a broad range of early and later stage tactics. You'll join a team of In-Market PMMs working in service of unlocking the next phase of augmented reality adoption world wide.

Product Marketing Manager - Augmented Reality, Reality Labs In-Market Growth Responsibilities


  • Drive highly strategic and cross-functional initiatives through launch, performance assessment, optimization and growth

  • Act as a single point of contact across product and marketing to facilitate and drive strategic direction for seasonal marketing moments and key buying seasons

  • Partner with product, data science, sales, partnership, marketing and other functions to set goals and strategic direction for execution, and support partner teams as they work through production, execution, measurement and optimization


Minimum Qualifications


  • 5+ years professional experience in product or growth marketing

  • Experience establishing strategy and bringing it to life through execution, and leading projects that are net new for the organization

  • Experience synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data to create insightful consumer lead global briefs, and supporting integrated marketing and creative teams to deliver high impact campaigns through production and execution

  • Experience working with cross functional, matrixed teams with high degrees of ambiguity

  • Experience with global seasonal campaigns within consumer tech or CPG brands

  • Effective communication skills and experience creating documents and presentations

  • BA/BS degree


Preferred Qualifications


  • Product marketing experience with strong track record of driving business growth

  • Prior experience with Consumer Electronics hardware, partnerships, and channel execution

  • Prior product marketing experience across a portfolio of products with projects that work across a multi-product portfolio and/or go deep on any on product

  • Experience driving initiatives that have not been done before - setting goals, communicating a vision, bringing stakeholders along, facilitating cross-functional alignment through execution, measurement and performance assessment

  • 5+ years professional experience in product marketing and/or technology

  • MS/MBA degree or equivalent experience

$128,000/year to $186,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
