The Product Owner, Business Intelligence Reporting, leads a cross-functional agile development team to bring to life new features and capabilities for Brand Partners. In this role, you will be responsible for contributing to and delivering on the product roadmap for all reporting products across owned and operated channels. This will include developing new reporting products as well as enhancing and supporting existing ad products to drive incremental ad spend and improve customer engagement. These products typically include data analytics tools, dashboards,and Reporting Data pipeline like CAPI and marketing API that help stakeholders make informed decisions based on data insights. This is a hybrid position and requires the ability to be onsite on a weekly basis, with some remote days on a weekly basis as well.

Product Owner, Business Intelligence Reporting Responsibilities:
  • Work alongside the Measurement Lead, Data / Reporting Products to develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals and market trends
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, users, strategic analytics, agency and vendor patterns to gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of Brand Partner needs and market opportunities
  • Participate in sprint planning meetings to define and commit to deliverables. Continuous demonstration of product progress and delivery
  • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it reflects the most important features and enhancements
  • Define and track leading and lagging KPIs to measure the success of products and identify areas for improvement
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding the reporting and measurement product
  • Facilitate retrospectives and feedback sessions to continuously improve on team processes, product quality, delivery efficiency and adoption
  • Provide ongoing support and gather user feedback for continuous improvement
  • Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging experimentation and the adoption of new technologies and methodologies. Continuously seek feedback from users and stakeholders to drive product improvement and innovation

Product Owner, Business Intelligence Reporting Requirements:
  • Strong ability to analyze, interpret and visualize data to provide actionable insights
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, GCP) and business intelligence software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and data integration techniques
  • Hands-on experience with reporting tools and software
  • Bachelor's degree in analytics, marketing, information systems or related field
  • 3+ years of experience as a reporting and measurement in marketing, or related industry
  • 2+ years of experience working a retail media network, preferably for a CPG retailer
  • Experience, comfortability and success working within Agile framework
  • Ability to communicate relevant details and influence decision making based on the audience and desired outcome, from senior leaders to individual team members responsible for execution
  • Demonstrated experience building strong partnerships across teams (e.g. Product, Data Engineering, Data Architecture, Analytics, Business Intelligence and Development)
  • Excellent organizational and strategic planning skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple large-scale initiatives simultaneously
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment, deal with ambiguity and remain focused on execution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Self-motivated and reliable, with a passion for driving innovation and delivering exceptional customer experiences
