Product Owner, Corporate Institutional & Advisory Solutions (CIAS)

We're looking for a Product Owner to:

• analyze current and form target-state process and technology related to b2b and b2c pipeline management, sales funnel and matter tracking to derive data needs, primary sources and high-value uses that will drive target population, campaigning, prospect assignment, meeting notes and issue tracking
• formulate project long term vision, mission, strategy and quarterly objectives and key results for our CRM business support platform aligned to the Corporate Institutional & Advisory Solutions business
• work with business partners to clarify and develop requirements related to reporting needs
• manage lifecycle of the product roadmap including features, positioning and ongoing enhancements and updates
• support project management with documentation and production of status on progress
• identify opportunities to improve processes and recommend changes
• collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution of product initiatives
• leverage and deepen Agile knowledge and adoption as you create and maintain backlog and assign items to be worked on to appropriate team members

Your team

You will be joining our Corporate Institutional & Advisory Solutions team within the Field & Operational Platforms located in Weehawken, NJ. This team is focused on integrating the various segmented needs of the business into well thought out strategies, roadmaps and execution approaches. You will work closely with business stakeholders to define business roadmaps to execute and deliver on established outcomes and key result targets.

Your expertise

• ideally 7+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, client-facing platforms preferably in a similar role
• strategic thinker and ability to build strong industry knowledge and networks
• product owner with enterprise level CRM or campaign management tools from early vision, design, tech-partnering, through product release and client support. Advanced CRM product experience. Experience with Microsoft D365 a plus
• consulting or business-driven product leadership or project management that incorporates client interaction to facilitate design outcomes, epic and requirements aiming to delight users and simplify current processes
• agile methodologies and delivery experience; project management/analyst experience ideal
• proficient and enjoys driving their ideas through the visual design process
• technology background / understanding with the communication skills to articulate technical matters to a broader audience
• collaborative team member with analytical, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills
