Product Owner, Specialist

Vanguard's Financial Advisor Services Technology (FAST) group is looking for a highly motivated Product Owner. This role will be responsible for helping to achieve the CRM's product strategy. The Product Owner will directly own capabilities/ features of the product's roadmap for FAS' CRM system, Microsoft Dynamics and will partner with our users and business partners to inform design, build and roll-out approach.

Bringing prior experience and a comprehensive understanding of CRM products and / or the role they play in a B2B sales organization will be a strength.

In this role, you will:

• Provide product management services for FAS' CRM system, Microsoft Dynamics, applying functional expertise to improve product results.
• Collaborate with small cross-functional teams to demonstrate standard processes that drive significant change to the client experience.
• Partner with collaborators to resolve production and implementation issues in a timely manner, and support/drive escalations where required to enable rapid delivery.
• Lead the planning, development and implementation of new product capabilities and/ or enhancements. Define and analyze markets, developing detailed product features and requirements, and developing implementation plans.
• Employ a variety of qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to continually improve the user experience and measure success.
• Proactively engage with users to build strong relationships and answer their product related questions in both 1:1 coaching and larger class onboarding sessions.
• Manage full library of user resources including job aides and announcement videos.
• Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

What it takes:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Minimum of three years related work experience.
• Prior product ownership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM systems preferred.
