The Product Quality team is looking for a highly motivated quality professional to support outbound quality management. You will be responsible for sustaining quality management for many of Apple's Softgoods products.



Description
Use data and field insights to drive ongoing product improvements with cross-functional and OEM partners
Conduct periodic reviews of Field and Factory Quality Data with internal and external partners
Define and manage ongoing quality testing and associated costs
Lead quality escalations to closure by applying technical and program management skills
Lead field quality evaluation after product launch
Drive quality solutions and best practices across multiple cross-functional teams and supply chain nodes
Consolidate detailed cross-functional data into concise insights for executive briefings
Ability to travel up to 15%
