Description

Walt's is looking for a capable individual who will help with the inspection, documenting, tracking and filing of claims for returned products, along with assisting Fulfillment in processing of orders to be shipped. We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable being a member of a team. The ability to multi-task, while maintaining an active work pace is essential to this position. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver, and organized. Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position.

THIS POSITION IS AN IN PERSON POSITION.

Essential Claims Functions:

• Examine, process, track and complete all claim filings, documentation and reports, etc.
• Become familiar with the policies and guidelines for submitting claims on all platforms
• Assist other department personnel with inquiries regarding claims status
• Data entry - enter information into Point of Sale System from other platforms
• Some lifting, moving, and unwrapping boxes weighing as much as 50 pounds.
• Help keep the facilities clean and tidy.

Fulfillment Responsibilities and Duties:

• Process orders for shipment within the company POS system utilizing common carriers such as FedEx, UPS, OnTrac, USPS and numerous freight companies
• Ensure all orders from Marketplaces are processed accurately, in a timely manner and that all deadlines are met
• Generate emails and messages when appropriate
• Maintain Company reports and tracking
• Answer incoming calls for shipping and receiving
• Respond to questions and requests for information on shipments
• Work closely as a team with other shipping, warehouse and customer service representatives
• Help keep the facilities clean and tidy

• Physically able to lift and open packages weighing as much as 50 pounds
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Mail and Sheets.
• Working knowledge of Marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Sears, etc... is a plus
• Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
• Reliable and dedicated to completing orders in a timely manner
• Must be proficient in typing
• Drug and Background screening are contingent upon hire
