We are looking for entrepreneurial spirits to join our Monetization Strategy team. You will have a ground floor opportunity to shape monetization efforts for TikTok. In this role, you will partner with cross-functional leaders to assess performance and plan for the future.

The Monetization Strategy & Operations organization provides business-critical insights using analysis and financial modeling, ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early-stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Plan revenue targets for international advertising businesses, and calculate detailed financial indicators such as revenue and cost for overall projects and related ROI.
-Create strong understanding of the market size, major competitors, and advertising strategies on the different monetization products, such as shop ads, search ads, creative and so on.
-Assist the business team in conducting internal operational analysis, identifying problem areas, and coordinating with relevant departments to build solutions.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
- 5-9 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or tech corporate strategy
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market analysis and financial modeling
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with tight deadlines
- Passion for digital advertising and social media monetization
