Basic Qualifications

Requires a Bachelors degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field. Also requires 10+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 8 years of job-related experience. Agile experience preferred.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Department of Defense Top Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities for this Position

ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES:
As part of the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) National Team - Systems (NT-S) program Integrated Discrimination Team (IDT) Product Team (IPT), the Senior IPT Lead will lead systems engineering trade studies as well as analysis and studies related to requirements generation. The primary focus of the Senior IPT Lead will be to define, characterize, develop, and deliver Missile Defense System (MDS) capabilities and engineering artifacts into the Technical Baseline within the technical domains of integrated discrimination and Electronic Protection. The IDT PT consists of Functional and Performance teams with heavy emphasis placed upon concept development, analysis, simulation, and requirements development. The IDT Senior IPT Lead provides technical oversight and interfaces with MDA's Directorate of Engineering and associated Element program offices to facilitate collaboration and technical concurrence.

Combined Salary Range

USD $183,277.00 - USD $203,323.00 /Yr.
