Job Description:

Production Associate needs 1+ years' experience

Production Associate requires:

• 2 shifts: 6 am to 2 pm or 7 am to 3 pm.
• Prior proven production experience are a plus
• Trade school or experience in working with electronics or assembling mechanical devices are highly advantageous.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or production preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions and schematics.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks.

Production Associate duties:

• Uphold a clean and well-maintained work environment, adhering to established maintenance and cleaning schedules.
• Evaluate raw materials and inventory levels, promptly notifying supervisors when inventory is running low.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
