• Total compensation pay range $15-$17/hr, depending on experience
• Quarterly safety bonus opportunities
• $1 shift differential for working on 2nd shift
• Shift Days and Hours: Monday-Friday 6pm-230am. Schedule subject to change (depending on shipping schedule)

Who You Are:

An ideal candidate would be someone that is reliable, self-motivated, team player, hardworking individual that is looking to start or further their career in the glass industry.

What You Will Be Doing:

A Trulite Production Associate would:

• Load/Unload product onto production line or finished product on company trucks for delivery
• Inspect, approve, or reject product before sent to next department
• Read and attach appropriate labels and tags to product
• Perform different job functions on a rotating basis

Skills You Bring:

• One year of previous work experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, production, or glass industry preferred but not necessary
• Hight School Diploma or GED, preferred
• Ability to read and interpret basic mathematical measurements
