Production Dept- Admin

As an Administration Liaison, you will be responsible for helping the production department deal with clients' calls and ensure on-site production gets met.

Pay/Hours

• $23- $25/hr

• Mon-Fri 7:30am- 4pm or 8:30am- 5pm

Responsibilities

• Review signed contracts and uploading them into database

• Provide customer support via email and phone throughout production process

• Coordinate and assist with subcontractors with job setup

• Order permits from the appropriate jurisdiction

• Communicate with clients, production manager, and onsite team

• Scanning, filing, and scheduling updates on the internal system

• Support field superiors in daily needs

• Assist with other assigned administrate duties.

Qualifications

• Excellent telephone skills and service-oriented mindset

• Strong attention to detail- organization and prioritization skills

• Word, Excel, and Data Entry
