Pay: $18.75 per hour
Schedule: 1st shift, Monday - Friday, Saturday required if needed (5:30am - 2:00pm)

The Production Machine Operator will be responsible for handling the raw materials, operating the production line, and performing other duties as assigned in the production of plant-based protein foods.

Essential Job Functions:

• Raw material handling, bean loading, and soaking
• Curding, extracting, and extractor cleaning
• Auto seal, auto pack/Autocoup, and pasteurizing
• Rework, waste disposal, and packaging
• Complete and maintain all required production paperwork and records, and report and document any equipment/process abnormalities
• Work closely with Production Leas and other functions as needed to perform effectively and efficiently
• Analyze root causes and provide corrective and preventative actions on process and equipment
• Keep production area cleaned and organized as needed, adhere to all Safety and GMP regulations, and perform other duties or projects assigned

Qualified candidates will be highly motivated, a productive team player, with effective communication skills, problem-solving skills, and the ability to lift up to 50lbs.
