Description:

The Production Ops Coordinator will manage the collection and assembly of production assets for licensed content, coordinate end-to-end business processes with local content teams, perform data entry and maintenance within several key databases - while collaborating in order to create, streamline, and systematize data and processes; monitor and share progress; and build positive, scalable partnerships internally and externally.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the production development pipeline.

Track and deliver recording assets and metadata for Studios productions.

Act as liaison between external partners, local business team, and Studios. Respond to internal and external inquiries, relay last-minute production information, and trouble-shoot issues.

Coordinate with the Studios and Content Lifecycle teams to monitor progress and ensure titles release on schedule, and with the proper assets and information.

Review in-progress production pipeline consistently for opportunities to optimize the customer experience.

Compile and distribute weekly reports to internal stakeholderstrack and maintain data integrity in key systems based on items from said reports.

Identify and socialize process gaps, drive process improvements, and set system requirements in order to reduce churn and elevate the partner experience.

Basic Qualifications

B.A. or equivalent degree preferred.

Functional fluency in Outlook, Excel, MS Word and Power Point.

Working knowledge of database concepts and best practices.

Demonstrate multi-tasking and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced time sensitive environment.

Demonstrate ability to communicate and work with a wide variety of people.

Demonstrate focused attention to detail.

A self-starter with impeccable organizational and analytical skills and an eye for process improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in an entertainment or publishing field.

Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills.

Experience with Salesforce, Airtable, or similar content management systems.
