Production I is responsible for maintaining a consistent workflow by practicing multiple tasks such as: assembling multiple components, packing product, quality assurance, and operating light duty machinery. This position will advocate and support the Corporate Win Strategy.
The successful person will be someone who has strong interpersonal skills, maintains a positive outlook, and works diligently. Attendance must be taken seriously. The ideal person will strive to continuously improve in all areas of the cell and demonstrate interest to grow within the company.
Supervision and Interaction:
No supervisory duties; however, the employee will interact with Cell Leads, management, engineers and personnel from multiple departments.

Essential Functions:
- Perform efficiently and cooperatively based on the Cell Lead's and Assistant Cell Lead's instructions.
- Ability to work in every cell, based on the production needs.
- Identify safety concerns throughout the plant.
- Understands and assembles product based on work instructions/travelers.
- Implement standards set by production.
- Maintain 5s standards in the cell.
- Label and pack final product.
- Strive to continuously improve quality and safety.
- Basic understanding of quality, based on Parker standards.
- Actively participates in High Performance Teams.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED equivalent
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Manufacturing experience is preferred
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
- Ability to stand for an extended period of time
- Knowledge of basic mathematical arithmetic and diagram reading
- Exceptional attendance
- Effective communication skills
