Job Title: General Labor

Department: Production

Summary Function as an active team member. Includes coordination of work assignment with other Production Associate personnel in area.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned

Conducts visual examination of products, components and subassemblies for various processing defects such as blemishes and missed operations and takes corrective action.

Operate the machines that you are instructed to and report any problems or issues immediately to your Value Stream Manager or Supervisor using the proper channels and professional methods of communication.

Education and/or Experience

• Basic Qualifications - HS Diploma
• Basic Computer Skills
• Ability to work occasional overtime
• 1+ year of manufacturing or production experience

Mathematical Skills

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
