Job Description:

Responsible for all logistics related to processing external calibrations for L3Harris and Customer owned equipment in Brevard. This includes setting up the Purchase Reqs in Ariba for L3Harris equipment and in Control and Sign-It for property as well as filling out the shippers, getting quotes, working with programs for charge numbers, getting program approval for repairs, taking equipment to Shipping, updating databases, providing status to customers and finding calibration providers for new equipment. Also includes setting up the onsite calibrations for a variety of specialized equipment types and maintaining a spreadsheet to help track individual transactions.

Essential Functions:

• Get quotes for external calibrations
• Set up Purchase Requitions in Ariba, Control and Sign-It
• Fill out shippers, arrange for equipment shipping
• Update databases and tracking sheets
• Set up onsite calibrations

Qualifications:

• US Citizen
• Requires highly developed job knowledge/skills. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Requires excellent phone skills, organization, the ability to multi-task, time management, attention to detail, communication skills, strong customer focus and the ability to function in a dynamic environment.
