Production Planning Manager Intro:
We are seeking a Production Planning Manager to join our client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing the master production schedule for the operations team and leading the material control and production planning team. This role requires a high level of teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Production Planning Manager Job Details:
The Production Planning Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing production schedules, ensuring that all necessary materials are available for production, and leading the material control and production planning team. This role will also involve coordinating with other departments to ensure that production goals are met.

Production Planning Manager Mandatory Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree required, ideally in management, operations, logistics, or supply chain.
- Extensive experience developing and creating planning systems in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience leading teams and communicating at all levels of an organization.
- Highly skilled in lean manufacturing.
- Proven history and ability to optimize production planning systems.

Production Planning Manager Desired Skills:
- APICS certification and Master Scheduling experience preferred.
- Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS), ITAR / DFAR; serialization and lot tracking requirements knowledge is a plus.

Production Planning Manager Start Date:
The position needs to be filled by the beginning of June 2024
