Production Supervisor - 2nd Processing (2nd Shift)

Employee Development:

• Train, direct, and foster the growth of our hourly workforce.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure the quality of finished poultry products meets our high standards.

Process Optimization:

• Innovate and implement new production methods to enhance efficiency.

Requirements:

• Experience:
  • A minimum of 4 years of supervisory experience in poultry processing.
• Education:
  • An Associate's or Bachelor's degree is desired but not mandatory.
• Versatility:
  • Open to considering candidates experienced in all areas of 2nd processing.
  • Cut-up and Cryovac expertise is highly desirable.
• Technical Acumen:
  • Familiarity with HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points), SPC (Statistical Process Control), and plant efficiencies related to yield, pounds per bird per hour (pmh), line speeds, and automatic process equipment.
