Production Supervisor

LaSalle Network is partnered with a global industrial manufacturer on a newly created Production Supervisor opening! Our client has been a leader in their industry for over 100 years and service customers across multiple industries from Food Service to Manufacturing to Mining.

The team is looking for a Production Supervisor who feels passionate for leading a team of assembly and shipping associates, ensure metrics and schedules are met on a day-to-day basis and ensure a safe workspace.

Production Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of assembly, warehouse and shipping associates
• Work closely with production supervisors and managers to create and maintain production schedules
• Ensure shipment goals are met on a day-to-day basis
• Maintain production KPIs and metrics
• Train and cross-train associates on variety of areas in the team

Production Supervisor Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant and equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience in production planning and scheduling
• Experience in a manufacturing setting, industrial manufacturing preferred
• Experience in shipping teams specifically and a plus if assembly experience as well
