Production Supervisor

Bilingual candidates are highly desired!

Food/Beverage manufacturing experience is required.

12 hour day shift role 6am-6pm.

Job Summary of the Production Supervisor: The Production Supervisor will supervise all shift employees in the facility.

Job Responsibilities of the Production Supervisor:

• Lead and supervise all production personal.

• Coordinate all daily activities.

• Work with Operators regarding all raw materials.

• Evaluate products ensuring finished product meets all quality specifications.

• Implement and enforce safety and regulatory programs.

• Ensure daily performance and KPI's are being met.

• Ensure inventory accuracy and timely completion.

• Work with Production and Process Managers.

• Complete weekly and monthly production schedules.

• Coordinate and schedule equipment repairs with maintenance.

• Ensure compliance with all company, state and federal policies.

Education & Experience of the Production Supervisor:

• High School Degree or Equivalent Required, Bachelors degree or equivalent preferred.

• 2+ years of previous supervisory/management experience within a food or beverage manufacturing environment.

• Strong organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
