System One, in partnership with a top-tier manufacturer in Tulsa, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who have a strong background in manufacturing practices, specifically in the areas of fabrication and welding.

Responsibilities:
  • Exercise decision-making and design supportive procedures.
  • Maintain objectives and inventory levels.
  • Communicate effectively and stay updated with manufacturing trends.
  • Understand manufacturing systems.
  • Ensure safety policy adherence.
  • Direct activities to meet profit objectives.
  • Develop production schedule and material requirements plan.
  • Coordinate activities between production control, manufacturing, and shipping.
  • Monitor performance to production plan.
  • Manage inventory and department personnel.
  • Report on customer backlog.
  • Make decisions on inventory policies and systems.
  • Coordinate special customer requirements.

Skills / Requirements:
  • Required: Degree with 3-5 years experience in manufacturing, interpersonal skills, analytical capabilities.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering, 10 years experience in Manufacturing, knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Practices.
