What You'll Do:

As one of our Production Supervisors, you'll oversee daily production operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. From optimizing production to fostering a culture of continuous improvement, you'll be at the forefront of our continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

Safety/Housekeeping:
  • Drive a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
  • Lead safety training and maintain KPIs for audits.

Production:
  • Align teams with goals and optimize operations.
  • Meet production schedules and engage the workforce on an ongoing basis.

Quality:
  • Uphold strict adherence to processes and quality standards.
  • Champion quality-first culture and participate in audits.

Customer Satisfaction:
  • Participate in customer tours and ensure top-notch quality.

Cost Reduction:
  • Lead cost-saving initiatives and process improvements on an ongoing basis.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • Manage employee selection, hiring, training, and performance.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree highly preferred.
  • 5+ years of supervisory experience in a union manufacturing environment.
  • Proven leadership in process improvement.
  • Familiarity with quality systems, maintaining Key Performance Indicators.
