Experis/ManpowerGroup has partnered with a leading Financial Services organization for a Production Support Engineer (Monitoring) to assist their team. This will be a Dynamic Work Model.

Job Title: Production Support Engineer (Monitoring)
Location: Hybrid from Charlotte, NC
However, we are not considering candidates who plan to travel for extended periods.

Required skills:

• 5+ years IT experience
• Day to day task requires the ability to solve production down situations under tight SLA deadlines. Root cause and problem resolution follow-up
• Production support experience
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with automation and simplification of tasks.
• Work with Sr management and stakeholders to identify problems, suggest solution and implement improvements
• Ability to communicate well to other members across the verticals.
• Basic Programming skills
• Windows / Linux (scripting)
• Database platforms (Oracle, Sybase)
• Batch schedulers (Autosys)
• Monitoring (GeneOS ITRS, Dynatrace, Splunk)
• ITIL Foundations (ITSM Remedy)
