Advantage Resourcing seeks a dedicated Production Worker for our facility in Dothan, AL, offering a competitive rate of $13 per hour. We currently have openings for the 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM shift.

Responsibilities include operating machinery safely, maintaining cleanliness, interpreting factory orders, setting up equipment (including ink buckets, printing dies, and cutting dies), and conducting quality and quantity inspections. Candidates should be proficient in basic shop math, able to accurately read tape measures and gauges, and familiar with using testing equipment. The role requires meticulous completion of quality and administrative documentation within a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated perfect attendance record
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing setting; experience in the corrugated industry is advantageous
• Flexibility to work overtime and Saturdays as needed
