Job Summary:

Full time Production Associate positions are available in our Assembly and Injection Production areas all positions. Earn up to $15.30 per hour (Includes attendance bonuses and shift premium for 2nd and 3rd shifts). Step progression increases are offered with length of service. Associates in this position work in our Assembly and Injection Molding production areas building automobile interior trim parts. People with an eye for detail and a passion for quality are needed for this position. Our products are high quality and require excellence in each stage of production to ensure they are safe and superbly built.

Our Associates have to be TS Tech tough as our processes require the ability to have high manual dexterity and perform detailed processes repetitively.

Positions are available on first, and second shifts. The plant operates Monday through Friday. During peak operation, occasional weekends are required. Currently offering generous amounts of overtime.
