Are you a skilled handyman looking for a new opportunity in the Woodbridge area? We are currently seeking a Professional One-Stop Handyman to join our construction team. As a Professional One-Stop Handyman, you will have the chance to showcase your diverse skillset and provide a wide range of services to our valued clients. From carpentry to plumbing to electrical work, you will be the go-to person for all their repair and maintenance needs. Responsibilities

• Perform various handyman services, including but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and painting
• Assess client needs and provide recommendations for repairs or improvements
• Complete assigned tasks within defined timeframes and budget constraints
• Ensure all work is done to code and meets industry standards
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
• Keep track of inventory and request supplies as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or questions
• Write, present, and sell your own estimates

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a handyman or in a related field
• Strong knowledge of various construction and repair techniques
• Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license
• Live within Northern Virginia area (preferably within our territory)

Salary: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour

Service Area: Northern Virginia

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday (1 Saturday a month)

Experience:

• 10 years in Construction (Required)
• 15+ years in Construction (Preferred)

Language: Fluent English (Required)
