Professional Residential Handyman in Arlington

We are currently seeking a Professional Residential Handyman to join our team. As a Professional Residential Handyman, you will be responsible for providing exceptional handyman services to our residential customers. From minor repairs to major renovations, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers' homes are in top-notch condition. Responsibilities

• Conducting routine inspections and maintenance tasks in residential properties
• Repairing or replacing damaged fixtures, appliances, and systems such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
• Installing and assembling various pieces of furniture, equipment, and fixtures
• Painting and decorating interior and exterior surfaces of residential properties
• Handling basic carpentry tasks, such as building shelves, cabinets, and window frames
• Assisting with landscaping and outdoor maintenance activities
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional manner
• Write, present, and sell your own estimates

Requirements

• Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role
• Excellent knowledge of a variety of repair and maintenance tasks
• Strong ability to use hand and power tools effectively and safely
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Good physical stamina and manual dexterity
• Great attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Live within Northern Virginia area, preferably within our service territory

Salary: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour

Service Area: Northern Virginia

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday (1 Saturday a month)

Experience:

• 10 years in Construction (Required)
• 15+ years in Construction (Preferred)

Language: Fluent English (Required)
