Job Summary

Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of high-quality software solutions using SQL Server C# SQL Angular JS Azure JavaScript and .Net Framework.

• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for software projects including design specifications and user manuals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Implement robust testing strategies to ensure the reliability and performance of software solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies incorporating them into the development process as appropriate.
• Optimize software performance and scalability to meet the growing needs of the business.
• Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to align software development with business goals.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

Qualifications

• Possess a deep understanding of SQL Server C# SQL Angular JS Azure JavaScript and .Net Framework.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Have excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Show a proven track record of leading successful software projects from inception to completion.
