Program Assistant Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to faculty and staff
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
  • Assist in organizing events and conferences
  • Handle incoming inquiries and communicate with students, faculty and external partners
  • Prepare and proofread documents, reports and presentations
  • Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
  • Perform general clerical tasks as needed

Program Assistant Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Previous administrative experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
