The Program Coordinator - Community Health and Wellness role will hold an accountable role in the operation, prioritization, evaluation, strategic alignment and implementation of local health improvement initiatives. This role serves closely with the Director of Community Affairs and Population Health and Community Health and Wellness team to support the hospital's Community Health Needs Assessment, Community Benefit operations, Social Determinants of Health, Health Equity, and Access to Care infrastructure.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS/PREFERENCES:
  • BA/BS in Community Health Education, Community Development, or Health Sciences; MPH/MA/MS preferred.
  • Licensure/Certification/Registration: CPR required, CHES preferred


EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS:
  • At least one year of related health education and community development or programming experience
  • Minimum of two (2) year experience in a public health or wellness program
  • Minimum of two (2) year experience in a teaching, marketing or business development position.

Salary Range: Minimum 29.28 per hour - Maximum 48.29 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
