Required to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; using a computer terminal; extensive reading., Required to have visual acuity to operate motor vehicles and/or heavy equipment. , Required to have visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned (i.e., custodial, food services,) or to make general observations of facilities or structures (i.e., security guard, inspection).

Job Summary/Basic Function
This position will perform various duties and functions, including:
- Interview and hire qualified tutor/mentors.
- Design and implement ongoing training to provide updated resources for tutor/mentors.
- Create and manage tutor/mentor work schedules.
- Collaborate with Ogden School District administration and teachers to prioritize placement of tutor/mentors.
- Conduct monthly team meetings for tutor/mentors.
- Work with the district AVID and GEARUP directors to create and maintain positive relationships with faculty/staff from across the district.
- Track and collect the necessary data to meet the GEARUP grant requirements.
- Plan, coordinate and host at least one event per year to promote and increase college enrollment and recruitment.
- Oversees tutor/mentors, including event coordination, required annual training, and state trauma Informed training.
- Create marketing materials as needed for the program.
Required Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- One year of related experience
- Must possess a current Utah Driver's License
Preferred:
- Project Management Skills
- Advanced experience in Microsoft suit
- Familiar with Canva
- Bilingual (Spanish)
