Job Description:

Support the service delivery or product team(s) in managing resources, projects and budgets to meet the goals of the business and clients. When required, develop and execute demand management processes, provide training and education on standard project management requirements and methods, facilitate project governance and reporting, and create models to improve business decisions.

Collaborate with cross-program teams to support the execution of tasks for work products and deliverables by managing the work between the client and internal teams. Responsibilities will include supporting client communications, delivery schedules, cross-program dependency tracking, and progress reporting. Engage key client stakeholders and participate with them on monitoring and reporting progress. Responsibilities include supporting and working with team leads to build and maintain Integrated Master Project Schedule using Microsoft Project. Schedules will include critical tasks, key milestones, deliverables, and dependencies (both internal and external). Review Integrated Master Project Schedule with leadership and clients to ensure integrity and completeness, allowing for baselining of schedule. Each week consult with teams to get updates on activities and project progress, including receiving actual completion dates for tasks, projecting start/end dates based on team feedback, and incorporating any additional task or dependencies. Run analyses of Integrated Master Project Schedule to report on variances, upcoming deliverables, and critical tasks to complete each week. Report weekly findings to team leads for discussion and mitigation as needed and present weekly updates to client to discuss program impacts and planning.
