PROGRAM DIRECTOR II

Directs operations of a programmatic function. Operates with a high degree of independence. Responsible for program development, content, and administration. Establishes program objectives, manages programmatic fiscal activities, supervises staff engaged in carrying out program activities, and may require grant writing and/or other ability to secure program funding. Prepares various reports for program.



Duties & Responsibilities
  • Recruits, trains, supervises, and evaluates Records Office staff; assigns and reviews work and coordinates workflow
  • Oversees day-to-day document processing in all areas of Records Office functions.
  • Develops and maintains policies and procedures, internal processing goals, and training material/procedures for Records Office staff; oversees and monitors staff achievement of goals
  • Serves as an information resource to students, faculty, and others regarding registration, grade reporting, academic progress, and other academic policies and procedures of the School of Medicine
  • Oversees course catalog maintenance, including changes pertaining to academic regulations, course descriptions, and registration procedures for catalog, website, and other publications

  • Performs other duties as assigned


Annual Salary Range : $60,835-$98,855

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field and five (5) years of related experience required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement

  • Written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with students, staff, faculty, and senior leadership skills
