We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Director to lead large-scale integration programs within our US Transformation Department. This role will focus on both Business and IT workstreams, ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects with significant value and high levels of complexity and uncertainty.

- Hybrid - 3 Days in office - 250 Nicollett Mall, floor 15, Minneapolis, MN 55401
- 2 month duration - (expected to get extension for 18 months to support the life of the project when pitching for full funding in November)

Program Director-Business and IT workstreams Mandatory Skills
- U.S Wealth Management business experience is a MUST
- 15+ years of progressive project-related experience in financial services and project management
- Ability to apply RBC Program Management Framework
- Expert knowledge of program and project plan development & management, scheduling methodology, Agile, waterfall and iterative methodologies, program and project metrics, analysis, and status reporting
- Advanced project management knowledge including plan development; scheduling methodology; project metrics gathering, analyzing, and reporting; risk and issue assessment and quantification methodologies; cost/benefit analysis and alternatives identification; budgeting, financials and benefits management
- Demonstrated ability in written and oral communication skills along with strong presentation skills
- Demonstrated leadership and people management background
- Strategic thinker with demonstrated experience delivering multi-year, complex programs
- Experience leading programs with high level of value (benefit/cost), and a high level of complexity and uncertainty
- Familiar with best practices for Risk System development
- Has managed large cross-enterprise programs/projects and programs/projects with third-party vendors
- Undergraduate degree in a related field (e.g. business, finance)-preferred
- PMP and/or PgMP certification or equivalent-preferred
