Leidos is seeking a Program Finance Analyst to join the National Security to support a large program within Homeland Solutions. The selected candidate will be responsible for all financial reporting aspects of the program. This position requires a problem solver that can pull together knowledge from a broad range of subjects to produce thorough analyses of issues and use those analyses to find solutions. Excellent communication skills both internally and externally are essential to the success of this position as we work with all functional peers along with the program teams - both Leidos program teams and the customer program teams.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Participate in the development of program level processes and procedures to drive efficiencies
• Significant interaction with the Program Manager, Business Managers, Contracts team, Customer, and various other functional or support organizations
• Serves as liaisons between the Program Team and cross-functional departments to perform financial research
• Manage monthly invoicing process, to include all aspects of AR (aged AR, reconciliation of unbilled balances, rate adjustments, cash collections, etc.)
• Budgeting, forecasting, and analysis of all contract cost and financial data
• Monthly EAC (Estimate at Complete) and variance analysis
• Support monthly closing of financial key measurements (Revenue, Operating Income, etc...)
• Prepare and present financial data at both internal and external program reviews
• Support monthly accrual process
• Supporting any ad hoc requests by internal management and external customers
• Ability to work independently, or in a team environment and with various organizational levels

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
• BA degree and 8+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6+ years of prior relevant experience.
• Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree
• Program Finance experience with multiple contract types
• Strong MS Office skills, in particular MS Excel
• Strong organization, analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical skills, able to identify financial drivers and perform high level and detailed analysis
• Extremely high level of attention to detail
• Customer focused
• Able to work successfully in a team environment
• Prior experience with government contracting industry

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting
• Knowledge of Leidos Financial Systems
• OAC/data query tool experience

**Telework Opportunity. Preference is for candidates that are willing to travel into Reston for meetings occasionally.

Pay Range: Pay Range $87,100.00 - $157,450.00
