Job Description:

GDIT has an opening for a Program Financial Analyst Sr to support U.S. Army Europe as a member of our EMITS Program team in Falls Church, VA.

The Program Financial Analyst Sr. works directly with the Program Manager, Program Team, and Functional Support Staff with the Spend Plan, Budget, Bid vs Actuals Report, Materials Report, Travel Report, and other program finance-related functions.

HOW A PROGRAM FINANCIAL ANALYST SR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Monitors and reports performance against plans to meet contractual, cost, and schedule objectives.
• Performs financial analysis based on requirements (including but not limited to labor, procurements, travel, and other direct charges) and tracks execution against contract.
• Develops financial expenditure reports, tracks spending execution, and projects future expenditures against contract budget.
• Coordinates with other team members to provide financial and cost control support as needed.
• Interacts regularly with program customers to ensure conformance with corporate, program and customer requirements.
• Acts as primary POC for HOLA, COLA, and DODDS financial processing as required and trouble-shoot issues as needed.
• Supports travel activities including creating and performing quality checks on funds available for travel requests.
• Supports procurement activities as required including validating funding, reconciling order status, and creating purchase orders.
• Participates in special projects as required.
• Support mission-critical initiatives and enable the growth of our business as a Financial Analyst Sr Advisor at GDIT.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science in Business or equivalent.
• Required Experience: 10+ years of related experience.
• Location: Remote
• Security Clearance Required: Secret Clearance.
• Skills: Must have effective organizational and multi-tasking skills; Must be proficient in the use of MS Office Suite - specifically Excel; Basic knowledge of SharePoint desired; Must have effective verbal and written communication skills.

The likely salary range for this position is $116,979 - $138,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
