  • 'Verify project timelines: Ensure project teams are meeting their timelines by closely monitoring progress and identifying any potential delays. Act as a liaison between project teams to facilitate timely communication and resolution of issues.
  • Optimize SharePoint: Drive the further development and optimization of our team's SharePoint location. Organize documents and resources to improve accessibility and streamline navigation. Implement updates and enhancements as needed to enhance usability.
  • Create overviews based on KPIs: Develop comprehensive overviews based on key performance indicators (KPIs) for each project and project role. Provide insights into project progress, performance metrics, and areas for improvement to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
  • Report generation and maintenance: Generate regular reports to communicate project status, milestones, and any issues or concerns that require attention. Ensure reports are accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant stakeholders. Maintain report templates and refine them based on feedback and evolving project needs.
  • Coordinate escalations: Support project teams by facilitating the escalation process when necessary. Identify issues that require escalation, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and ensure appropriate actions are taken to resolve problems and minimize disruptions to project timelines.
  • Efficiency improvement projects: Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and data accuracy within the department. Implement solutions to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and ensure the quality of project deliverables. Provide support and guidance to team members to drive continuous improvement.
  • Additional support to Program Management: Assist program management with project planning, resource allocation, stakeholder communication, and other tasks as needed to support the successful execution of projects within the organization.
  • This position does not provide relocation assistance or a housing allowance.
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor and ensure adherence to project timelines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft SharePoint, with the ability to optimize and organize resources to improve team efficiency and document accessibility.
  • Basic understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) and how they relate to project progress and performance metrics.
  • Skilled in report generation and maintenance, ensuring accuracy and clarity in communicating project statuses to stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to act as a liaison between project teams and stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving mindset, able to identify issues requiring escalation and drive effective solutions.
  • Proactive in identifying efficiency improvements within processes and implementing data-driven enhancements.
  • Eager to support program management tasks such as resource allocation, planning, and stakeholder communication.
