The Defense Systems Sector at Leidos currently has an opening for a Program Management Support Analyst to work in our Huntsville, Alabama office. Primary Responsibilities
The Program Management Support Analyst will be responsible for supporting program integration activities across a variety of portfolio projects and programs.
The candidate will provide broad program support including, but not limited to the following:
• Support the build up and coordination of monthly status reports
• Support customer meeting coordination and planning
• Support material purchases and tracking of materials
• Work with program financial analysts to develop and report financial metrics
• Support contract and financial analysis to program and project managers
• Supporting responses to task order proposals

Duties will also include coordinating work with Corporate and Program Contracts, Subcontracts, Pricing, and Accounting to ensure projects are setup and managed according to appropriate processes. The candidate will support proposals, project setup, execution, and closing.
Frequent interaction with the customer through in-process reviews and customer visits is also required. The ideal candidate must be a proactive, self-starter with excellent communication skills and ideally some leadership experience.

Basic Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with 0-2 years of experience.
Must have working knowledge of MS Office programs.
Must be a US Citizen able to obtain and maintain a US DoD secret clearance.
Candidate must be a resident of Huntsville, Alabama or be willing to relocate to the Huntsville, Alabama area.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficient with using Microsoft Excel, Project and Powerpoint

Pay Range: Pay Range $48,100.00 - $86,950.00
