  • Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), in Las Vegas, NV, is currently seeking a Program Manager 2 to join our team.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Previous experience as a Technology Program Manager
    • Documented experience working on gaming systems in Las Vegas, NV.
      • Preference for experience with IGT and Everi product suites
    • Experience with Microsoft product suite, preferably Microsoft Project and Visio
      • Experience with Atlassian suite or ServiceNow PPM is a plus
    • Project management or agile certifications are a plus
    • Capable of communicating effectively in technical language with technical audiences
    • Ability to speak technically regarding infrastructure
    • Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership
    • Ability to communicate project risk, escalations, and roadblocks impacting project
    • Managed multiple projects and coordinates efforts to accomplish overarching program objectives.
    • Developed and executed schedules, tracking progress from start to finish.
    • Establishes and communicates the program's roadmap, status updates, development challenges, and success criteria.
    • Identifies and monitors potential risks.
    • Actively seeks ways to enhance cost efficiency, performance, and timeline adherence.
    • Ability to create and manage budgets.
    • Promotes communication and collaboration across projects.
    • Experience warranting stakeholder engagement and satisfaction.
    • Stays informed about trends, business conditions, and internal processes that may affect individual projects or the overall program.
