We are seeking a Program Manager, Consultant Development and Capability Learning to join our Global Learning & Development team. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving the design, development, and deployment of scalable learning programs tailored specifically for our consultants. As a Program Manager, you will combine your expertise in consulting with a skillset in learning and development to deliver impactful solutions that drive business results and elevate employee capabilities.

What You'll Do
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, both internal and external, to understand business needs and develop strategic learning initiatives that align with organizational goals.
  • Be a thought leader and teacher of Slalom's core consulting concepts and curriculum, challenging status-quo to grow our consulting skillset
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable learning programs for consultants, utilizing a variety of learning methodologies and technologies.
  • Foster a culture of learning and development by developing and promoting experiential learning, exposure to mentors and communities, formal education and knowledge sharing initiatives
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and consultant to internal stakeholders to identify learning gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Drive engagement and adoption of learning programs through effective communication, marketing, and change management strategies.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to curate and create high-quality learning content that meets the needs of diverse audiences.
  • Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of learning programs and identify areas for continuous improvement.
  • Lead and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and other learning events for consultants and clients.

What You'll Bring
  • Proven effectiveness in collaborating with, negotiating with, and interviewing business partners and subject matter experts
  • Experience in providing consulting services to clients
  • Strong strategic planning and project management capabilities
  • Learning & Development experience within consulting, or a similar industry is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills
  • Demonstrated success working in a team environment on multiple projects with changing priorities with the ability to work both on a team (as member and/or leader) and independently to deliver results
  • Background in adult learning theory, course facilitation, and program management
  • Bachelor's degree in an Organizational Development, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, or Human Resources related discipline is preferred

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range is $85,000 to $115,000 In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
